L a t e C l i e n t s : If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment, it is likely that your service will need to be cancelled/rescheduled at the discretion of the stylist. This will result in a cancelation fee for the booked service. C a n c e l l a t i o n s : made within 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the booked service. N o C a l l / N o S h o w : If you do not arrive for your appointment at all, you will be considered a NoCall/NoShow and the card on file will be charged 100% of the booked service. This will result in being prohibited from booking future appointments if the fee is not paid. R e f u n d s / A d j u s t m e n t s : We do not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions! If you feel that you need an adjustment made to your hair after you have left the salon, please let your stylist know within 1 week of your appointment. Adjustments needed after this timeframe may result in another service charge. Adjustments may be made at the discretion of the stylist.
